#HealthyChoices

2012 is here, we are ready for healthy choices.

A co-workers roommate is currently doing  a biggest loooooser challenge in her office at work. Therefore, my co-worker is making healthier choices.
Additionally, her roommate has gotten a hold of my email and ... Now, I get emails encouraging me to encourage my co-worker. ... SO, I guess  making healthy choices was just kind of thrust upon me.

Here is a list of a few of the healthy choices Chris and I have implemented over the last 2 weeks.
  • Limit Caffeine intake
  • I have dropped to only 1 coffee per week.
  • Limited amounts of red meat
  • Salads with baked chicken for lunch (or limited portions of left over dinner)
  • limit sugar/sweet/dessert intake (this is REALLY hard)
  • Increase water to 10 glasses a day 
  • Eat yogurt (p.s. I do NOT like yogurt at all)
We ALSO are doing 7 days of the Jillian Michaels Water Detox.

I don't know if I have seen any results in my appearance. However, I DO Feel   better.
