In Training: Running for the Childrens V.II

A friend of mine posted this photo the other day. I must admit, it was exactly what I needed at the time. Lately I have been so discouraged with everything. I guess a leaky toilet can really rain on your parade. Being a home owner can sure be challenging.

Another challenge I faced this week was finding the time to exercise. Tuesday I had a great workout! I scored 79% with micoach, came home did an arm workout and even made healthy choices with my eating. However, it's Thursday and I was unable to do my scheduled run this evening. 

Therefore, the only stats I have to give you can be found on my Vacationers Log. 

I refuse to let a little thing like a leaky toilet, and company visiting keep me from my goals.

Short Term Goal:
1) Beat my time on my next 5K
2) Lose 20 pounds by the end of the year.

Long Term Goal:
1) Run in the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon
