I only laugh because it is so true! I've decided the it's time to actually try some of them. After i've tried it, I will post about it. I'll post the good, the bad and the results!
Tonight (9/15/12) I wanted to do some work on my legs. Obviously Victoria Secret Models have nice legs so clearly it was a no-brainer!
I dedicated 10 minutes of my evening to this workout.
It was so hard! My booty and legs were burning!! As Jillian would advise, "when you think you are going to die, keep going! That's when changes are made". So, I kept going and YOU should too! This was a quick 10 minute workout that will strengthen your legs.
