Weekly Chase

Weekly Chase Update! 

Last week

Goal 1: Continue #Squatsept challenge. - Accomplished!

Goal 2: Make #plankaday a part of my daily routine. - Accomplished!

Goal 3:  Begin a weekly walking tradition with a friend. - tried... It was pouring so our plans were canceled.

Goal 4: Run at least 4 days. - Nope. Only did 3 days.

Goal 5: Complete Jillian Michaels Arms workout twice. - Didn't do Jillian Michaels workouts. BUT I did work on my arms twice! (does that count?)
