Once again linking up with Mindy and Molly for the Weekly Chase.
I did well with my goals last week. I got out there and ran twice, accomplished my cleaning goals and made healthy food choices!
This week is very busy for me. So here are my goals.
1) Be in bed by 9:30 each night. - I have to be at work by 6 each morning so it's important I'm sleeping properly.
2) Follow the Tower of Terror training plan. - I didn't realize it had already started!!
3) be mindful of my calorie goal. - I'm struggling. Some days I eat too much other days not enough... I need balance!
Those are my quick goals. Looking forward to crushing them this week.
