A Storybook Squat Challenge!

It's hard to believe that I'm almost in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. I've still been running and walking a few times per week, and doing squats off and on - but I haven't been dedicated. So, how do I get dedicated? ... I start a challenge of course! 

Why Squat? 
  1. Can be done with no equipment (weights are optional)
  2. Lower body workout!
  3. Strengthens your legs
  4. Strengthen your lower back
  5. also apparently really good for labor and delivery

How does my challenge work? 
  1. Set a goal 
  2. Tweet / Instagram about it! 
  3. Follow along with #storybooksquats 
What's my goal? 
  1. Goal: 15 squats 4 days a week. 
  2. Will tweet when complete
