Review: Lyft Clean Caffeine

Disclaimer: I was given the opportunity to review Lyft Clean Caffeine as part of my ambassadorship with Fit Approach. The expressed opinions are my very own.

When I received the email about the opportunity to review Lyft Clean Caffeine, I was quite excited. I'm about to begin Marathon Training, and am always looking for energy supplements that are more natural and healthy for your body.

Since I'm allowed 1 coffee a day (due to breastfeeding), I didn't think it would be an issue to try the product. However, when the product arrived and it explicitly stated on the label "not recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers" I was disappointed.

Since the website and packaging clearly state that it's not recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers, I asked my husband to test it for me with 1 stick, and  I'm going to try it after I'm done nursing.

So, here is the info.

1.  Lyft is all natural caffeine
2.  Loaded with vitamins to be used as a source for vibrant energy

How to use?

The product is super easy to use. Just gather 8 ounces of your chosen beverage (I used water), peel back the stick and viola! You've just made yourself a clean refreshing drink! - My husband found that it did slightly change the taste of the water, but it wasn't bad.

The cool thing about this product, is that you don't have to add it ONLY to water. If you want a little boost of caffeine in the morning, but don't necessarily want a coffee, this product can be added to a glass of juice.

Be sure to check out their website for more ideas on how to mix it up!

Vibrant Energy?
My husband said that he could definitely  feel the boost, and actually did a personal best with both the 1k and 1 mile.

He did wish he had run longer because he said he had a lot more energy to burn.

So, there you have it. Lyft Clean Caffiene, an all natural energy drink.

Thanks again Lyft and Fit Approach for the opportunity to try and review this product!
