A Thankful Heart.

I have much to be thankful for, my family, my salvation in Christ, my health, my pregnancy, my husband...

The list is never ending, so instead of a list of people or things I'm thankful for I choose to celebrate the little things that are just a natural part of our routine.

I will celebrate that I've thrown up  3 to 7 days a week for the last 18 weeks, because it means there is a new life growing inside of me, one who has a purpose and a future. One who God chose ME to be her mom and Chris to be her dad!

I will celebrate the thoughtfulness of my husband who drives us to see my family every thanksgiving - even if an afternoon nap and football would be more exciting.

I will celebrate the joy our little lady brings to our lives. She doesn't know it, but this morning when she reached out and held my hand I needed it more than she did. She gives me courage when I need it most.

Happy Thanksgiving friends, let us find ways to celebrate the "small" things that just happen, the unscripted, the natural routine of our lives.
