October Goals

Just in case you didn't know by your instagram feeds current flurry of Pumpkin Spice Latte images, it's Autumn! This is absolutely my FAVORITE time of the year! Here in Florida we don't exactly experience the same weather, or leaves changing as most of the rest of the U.S., we do enjoy coolER weather!

I recently noticed that an outfit I wanted to wear didn't feel as comfortable, so I stepped on the scale and...sure enough... I'd creeped back up a few pounds. Not a LOT, but enough to wake me up. Yes, I am not sleeping much, and a full meal is hard to come by theses days (hashtag: twostuffynosedteethingbabies), but it's really not an excuse.  If I want to be a healthy positive role model for my girls I need to start paying attention to my health.

So here we go!

  1. Follow my training plan. 
  2.  Track my food with MyFitnessPal
  3.  Lose 3 pounds.
I need to be realistic with my weight loss goals, and remember that weight doesn't just MELT off. It took me a few years to lose the majority of my weight, and it will probably take just as much (if not more) time to get the final pounds off.
