I recently got a little too dehydrated and had a pretty interesting OB appointment (I'll share more on that later).
As a result, on days that I am home in the ac all day I am supposed to drink a minimum of 2 liters (about 70 ounces)a day. If I go outside to the park, or do any exercise I must increase it.
As a woman who has carried a water bottle or a sippy cup full of water around with her for the last 4 years, I was a little surprised that I even got dehydrated in the first place.
Now that I am monitoring my water intake I'm finding it hard to drink!
