January Fitness Goals!

I used to think it was cliche to set a fitness goal for the beginning of January. 
I used to set them, and by January 30, I was looking forward to the Valentines day treats! 

Then, in December of 2011 I made a change. 

2012 I started walking and drinking more water and less soda.
By May, I'd signed up for my first 5K!
By July I'd signed up for my first HALF MARATHON!
2013 I ran 14 5k's, 1 10k and 2 half marathons

January 2014 I welcomed my firstborn daughter
kept running and training

2015 I ran some more and welcomed our second daughter

2016 we welcomed daughter number three.

In 4 years I've lose over 70 lbs
ran thousands of miles
and welcomed 3 precious gifts into the world. 

2017, I'm ready!
