21 Day Fix Goals!

Good Mid-Morning Friends!

If you follow me (at all) anywhere on social media, you know that my husband and I committed to the 21 Day Fix this month. I have a whole lot to say about why we decided on this plan over some of the other great plans available, and I plan to either do a video about it, or maybe a blog post - so stay tuned!

Today I wanted to sit down and talk a little bit about my goals for the 21 day fix round 1.

Goals:

  • Understand proper portion control
  • Understand how to fuel my body with food
  • Stick to a program no matter what
How will I achieve these goals?
  • Find a buddy
    • My husband is my workout buddy
  • Have a Cheerleader
    • I'm working with a friend who is beach body coach
We are only in day 3 of the 21 day fix, but I can already see the positive affects of having a buddy and a cheerleader to keep me accountable.
