  • 16 minutes, Rockin Body with Shaun T!

  • 25 Minutes, Lap Swimming / Family Swim Time
Saturday, July 15

  • 45 Minutes, Stroller Run
    • 3.13 Miles
    • 14:20 MM 

Thoughts on the Week
I had a pretty good week, my goal is to be active at least 6 days a week. I just find when I am more active on non-running days, I am more motivated to actually train! I've been really struggling with being hangry.... so for week 4, I am going to do some better meal planning for lunches!
