Welcome to Week 21 of Marathon Training!

I had some knee pain, so I didn't complete my weekday runs, just did some cycling on Monday and then a nice 6 miles on the treadmill on Saturday.  I am getting myself ready for my last two long runs before its time to taper for the Marathon.

On Saturday I posted a thank you, to all my followers on Instagram, and I wanted to extend it to those who have been reading my blog posts - this training cycle hasn't been easy, but I am so thankful for the opportunity.
